Processing & Shipping

All items are made to order and are processed in the order they are received. It may take up to 10 business days to ship your order via USPS priority or first class mail. This can be delayed on weekends and holidays, or by other unforeseen circumstances. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get updates on your shipment.

Please review your order before checking out.  Make sure you have the correct items, size/color selected in the listing to ensure your order is correct.  We do not accept order changes once your order has been made.  Once an order has been made, any changes can not be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Please verify all information before finalizing your order.

We try to pack all of our items to the best of our ability, any damages caused in transit via USPS must be handled through USPS.  Learn more about how to file a claim at usps.com.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process.

Your order is our responsibility until it is handed to the United States Post Service (USPS). Once items have been handed over, we leave that responsibility to USPS.

We take our time and packing your order and invest in our shipping materials i.e.; packaging tape, boxes, packing material, fragile stickers, etc and do everything possible to make sure your order is safe.

If you are ordering glass or a breakable item we recommend that you message us to add additional insurance to protect your package against loss or damages during shipping. If you choose not to buy additional insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. 

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT:

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS.
