All sales are final. Only defective items will be considered for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your order to alert us of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to attach a picture of the item showing the defect. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please review your order before checking out. Make sure you have the correct items, size/color selected in the listing to ensure your order is correct. We do not accept order changes once your order has been made. Once an order has been made, any changes can not be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please verify all information before finalizing your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective items may be considered for exchange.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process. Learn more about how to file a claim at usps.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please verify all information before completing your order.
Your order is our responsibility until it is handed to the United States Post Service (USPS). Once items have been handed over, we leave that responsibility to USPS.
We take our time and packing your order and invest in our shipping materials i.e.; packaging tape, boxes, packing material, fragile stickers, etc and do everything possible to make sure your order is safe.
If you are ordering glass or a breakable item we recommend that you message us to add additional insurance to protect your package against loss or damages during shipping. If you choose not to buy additional insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
